My Journey to professional EOS implementer

After spending countless frustrating, exhausting and costly years trying to manage everything myself, the principles outlined in the book Traction felt like a dream come true. The concepts immediately resonated with me. 


I'd read literally hundreds of business books over those years - searching for the answers - and, to be honest, when first encountering EOS, my main concern was that the ideas seemed almost too simple to be effective. 


But that’s the magic of EOS. It's everything you need and nothing that you don't. 


EOS is all about straightforward, pragmatic, and implementable ideas that can genuinely drive change within your business in a very short period of time. 


We embraced Traction and EOS at Woven Agency over four years ago, and we're still running strong with it today!

How I can help - my role as a professional EOS implementer

My extensive background in brand strategy, sales and marketing, combined with over two decades spent founding and scaling multi-million turnover entrepreneurial businesses from the ground up, means that I have heaps of solid, hands on experience to help you grow your business with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). 


In addition, I am still active (as the Visionary*) in my business Wovenagency.com which is a globally recognised strategic creative agency working with world class brands. Whilst some EOS implementers prefer to concentrate all of their efforts solely on building their EOS practices, I strongly believe that maintaining an active role in growing entrepreneurial business, facing the same challenges as my clients on a daily basis, takes this out of the realms of 'theory' and into the real world.  


*This isn't me being arrogant. I would never refer to myself as a 'visionary'! Visionary is part of the EOS language and is a title used to differentiate my role and make for clearer accountability. Trust me, stepping into the role of 'visionary' in my own business has been one of the most liberating experiences of my entire career!
